Today, Congressman Alcee L. Hastings (D-Miramar) announced that the Congressional Caucus on Homelessness will host a briefing on ending veterans’ homelessness on Tuesday, October 5 at 10:00 a.m. at 340 Cannon House Office Building in Washington, D.C. Hastings is the founding co-chair of the Caucus with Reps. Judy Biggert (R-IL), Eddie Bernice Johnson (D-TX), and Geoff Davis (R-KY). The bi-partisan Caucus was established in April 2010 and serves to educate Members of Congress and their staff on the many issues affecting the homeless.
