Congressman Alcee L. Hastings (D-Miramar) will be attending the Congress-Bundestag Forum reception with Mayor Woodie McDuffie on Sunday, January 29th at 6:00 p.m. at the Old School Square Cultural Arts Center in Delray Beach, Florida. The Congress-Bundestag Forum is a project of the German Marshall Fund and the Robert Bosch Stiftung that brings together influential Members of Congress and Members of the German Bundestag. The purpose of the forum is to promote dialogue among the elected officials of these important countries and to build lasting friendships between colleagues. The Forum is held annually, alternating between the United States and Germany. The 9th annual Congress-Bundestag Forum is being held in Delray Beach, Florida from January 28 – 30, 2012.
